When and what year did the "First Day of Issue" labels start? And did the "First Release" labeling start before the "First Day of Issue" started?

First Day of Issue - Early 2015 

First Release - Early 2012

Early Release - The first appearance of these labels were in 2008, but became more prevalent in 2010
