1891-O 10c error question

I have this 1891-O dime that is graded ms65. Doesn't have an error designation on it. I would like to find out if ngc will designate it and if it will be worth me sending it back. Will it be worth more if it is an error? I think that it has 2 errors on it and I have never seen any grading company that has 2 errors on the slab. If anyone can point me in the right direction I would be very appreciative. Thank you all that help me out.

Also, if you are suggesting it is both varieties, that is not possible.  The variety designates which dies it was struck by, and it could not have been struck by both reverse dies!

Sandon was suggesting it is possibly one out of maybe two possible varieties, not that it was struck twice.

My comment was directed at the original poster, it seemed like he was saying it was both varieties. It doesn't look like he is coming back to clarify, however.
