New Registry Set Possibilities to Incorporate Select Patterns

Might NGC be willing and able to create a "pattern-friendly" set that would, for example, allow me to showcase the finest-known 1875 Commercial Dollar in Silver (1875 United States T$1 J-1423), as pictured here?

We could include such limited pieces (potentially combining them with select non-pattern specimens to, for instance, produce a comprehensive collection of all silver dollars, including all patterns and special strikes) creatively by speculated purpose, anesthetics, denomination, epoch, etc.

Such a set may introduce more challenges to the expert numismatic who has already aced basically every set!

In the future, use the first topic on the "NGC Registry", forum, to which I am providing a link:

NGC doesn't have any competitive set categories for U.S. patterns, and because of the large number of varieties of such pieces it's unlikely there will be any soon.  You can create a "Custom Set" to display your patterns in accordance with your own preferences.  Use the "Browse Custom Sets" button on the Registry home page to get started.

Hello and thanks so much for your support of NGC. In the future, please use the link in Sandon's post above for new set requests or email registry@NGCcoin.com. A set type of this scope and range (and expense) would be more suitable for a Custom NGC Registry set.
