No grade? Slabbed? Kicked? Used for coffee? 1 1

I mean the amount of information is overwhelming 🤣😉

The coin has a certification number but no description or photos. Im stumped. I guess NGC customer service is too busy to respond to my overly complicated question I sent 3 days ago? Which is, did this coin not make the grade? Just wondering because I'm new to this and a bit confused by the different reasons for different types of grades or none with slab or not slabable, etc ...

Thanks anyone who can sooth my swirling head. A half cleaned crusted Ancient coin to the winner!

   In my experience this means that the coin wasn't graded, though the NGC certificate verification entry says why, such as "Altered Surface."

I have four ancients in right now for certification at NGC.  My best advice is: Be patient.  Be very, very patient.
