Popular Post ldhair
The US mint put out some interesting coins in 1857. A few dies for the Flying Eagle cent were clashed with dies for the Liberty Head double eagle, the Liberty Seated quarter and the Liberty Seated half dollar. Feel free to post any of these you have. Obverse cent die clashed with obverse die for the double eagle. Reverse cent die clashed with reverse die for the Seated quarter. Obverse cent die clashed with obverse Seated half. This is the quarter with the matching reverse clash. Tough coin to find. rrantique, GoldFinger1969, Hoghead515 and 2 others

Just Bob
Someone on the "midnight shift" was having fun with the coin press. I wonder if he made any money off the coins, or just let them go into circulation. rrantique and Hoghead515
