Etsy seller selling "ngc replica holograms" among other things 1 1

I'm just curious about the legality of some of the things sold by the seller in the picture including but not limited to the "ngc hologram stickers" let alone the other stuff on his page....its rather concerning if this type of thing is legal. I tried contacting ngc a different way and it flagged me saying I was spam so if your security is so tight that by sending a picture it raises flags, then I woukd hope it's tighter when it comes to trademark enfringment....or atleast what I would consider trademark enfringment anyway.
