How to add a new variety to NGC? 0

Hello, I while back I submitted a coin to be slabbed adding the Variety Plus tier, the coin came back regular, after I received the coin back I contacted support and they told me that it wasn’t a variety that NGC recognizes. 
 

I’d like to know what channel should I follow to be able to add a variety.

 

It’s a 1843 1/4 Centavo (Venezuela). The previously mentioned coin has the regular issue with reeded edge and a so far recognized as specimen which has plain edge. 
 

Attached below are the images of the coin pre slabbed. And compared with a regular issue one.

Hi, thanks for your reply.

 

I already did previously and they answered me the following:

 

"Thank you for contacting NGC.  We do show this coin was sent to our Variety Plus program and unfortunately they did not feel the coin was a Variety that we attribute".

 

Do you think that now they could take care of it?
