My friend told me that he found this coin recently , it is made of gold and it is weight around 4 g 

Is it fake or not and what about its value ?

Hello! It would be extremely difficult to tell if a coin is counterfeit from photos alone and we would need the coin submitted for grading in order to provide a definitive answer.
