1919-S Lincoln Cent DDO or MD!

I came across this 1919-s Lincoln penny and it appears to be a DDO rather than MD. Variety Vista doesn’t list a DDO so I’d be amazed to find something new! Other than the date being really doubled, there is a distinct line at the back of Lincoln’s head at the collar that appears doubled. There is also slight doubling of the “LI” in liberty. Thoughts?

Thanks, JKN

Considerable wobble during the strike. Mechanical doubling. Find a copy of From Mine to Mint -- it will tell you how these things happen.
