Is this the 1997 DDO? You can see it on Lincon's ear.

It is a possibility the coin is also a bit circulated. You will have to look for other markers to verify if it is, or is not. Take a look and compare the other markers here.

Maybe, need to see if there are more of the PUP's to match it up.   If you can post some closeups of In God We Trust, especially the last T in Trust.

Here are some more pics... I think it is the stage C due to the fact that there are no die chips on the reverse on the building, the presence of what looks to be a die gouge in the R of AMERICA on the reverse, and what looks to be the two die gouges under the lapel.

I think it is worthy to hang on to. I myself would not spend any money to have it labeled. Too many spots on it.

Wow, the surfaces look pretty grungy.  Do you think it would be returned as not gradeable?
