Hinkle
Hi everyone, been away for a few months. Had to spend the summer to catch up before winter. Even though I love this hobby, we got to survive right. I've been keeping my head in a few coin books though. A lot of interesting stuff I didn't know. So my question? is this dime been altered, like sand blasted or anything in that nature after it left the mint. Reverse is normal, I was reading another thread and greenstang and Bob pointed out some good tips. As you all know I use that information and learn from it. Saying that it would be unlikely to find a error like this . Thanks for any information on this.
Mr.Bill347
I would say PMD some kind of acid or sandblasting? JT2 and Hinkle
JT2
this has been damaged outside of the minting process...so therefore not an error
