Help with 1938 wheat penny error?

Your coin has been counterstamped after it left the mint. Like JP said, it was done with a punch or press of some sort. It is not a mint error and is considered damaged. Value of 1 cent.

Personally, i think it's awesome. I've only found about 6 counterstamped coins, so, i dig it! No extra value, except for what someone is willing to pay. Cool find.
