Is this a known variety of doubling or a die crack? 0

Hello. I’m new to coin collecting and came across an interesting penny.  Can anyone weigh in on if this may be an error? Any info is much appreciated.

The 5 looks like a minor die chip (internal die break) and is common.  It may also have a little damage from a hit along with the 9.  The U is damaged from a hit.  Nothing to indicated doubling

Agree with Oldhoopster,  not an error, just a die chip and damage. No extra value.
