Popular Post Lem E Posted May 7, 2022 Popular Post Share Posted May 7, 2022 Looks like a proof to me. Jefferson proofs were minted in Philadelphia from 1938 to 1942 and again from 1950 to 1964. No proofs were made in 65,66, and 67. Beginning in 1968 they were struck at the San Francisco mint. The Philly proofs do not carry a mint mark.
