I bought a coin 
and the cert is not coming back exactly the same. It is coming back with a cac sticker that is not on the slab but the information is somewhat accurate.

I understand that it may not go into a registry but at least should be able to go into my inventory..

I dont think CAC will accept modern coins, their website indicates 1964 is final year for Washington quarters. For your inventory go to Collectors Society site, you can add coins there.
