I submitted coins to ngc after I paid my 2022 dues and the total cost on form was $130, from dues I had a $150 credit, so why was I charged another $38. I sent an email last week but no one has replied to that message, will you please answer this one. submission #6446547

Hi,

The $150 credit from the Premium membership excludes shipping and handling fees. The $38 charge is for those fees.
