tj96
Wish that San Antonio was a W! Here's something very similar on a 2007-P Wyoming Quarter. There's a bunch of different varieties on this guy. Check out Wexler's website on this Wyoming. Also, check he site and see if yours in listed. https://www.doubleddie.com/190953.html
J P M
That's a tough one ? It has sharp edges from the looks so that would make me think MD or Mechanical Doubling. I have to say some of the new listings of DD can be odd . There are no DD listings for that coin that I can find around the normal spots to look. Fenntucky Mike
It's interesting and I'd lean towards yes, if the OP can post a pic with some side lighting pointed towards the waves and clear pics of the entire coin I might change my mind. An acceptably manufactured coin, within tolerance, produced by the U.S. mint. Sorry for the . Edited February 13, 2022 by Fenntucky Mike
Greenstang
I’m leaning towards MD. The devices are reduced and there is a sharp step that would not be on a DD.
Coinbuf
I think it is MD as most of the doubling that occurs now is seen more in the center of the coin. However, these new single squeeze doubled die coins are not like the old days so I cannot completely rule out that possibility.
