Is there a difference between "competitive coins" and my general inventory?

One of the features i like about the NGC website is having images of my slabbed inventory. One of my coins (it's a medal, actually), graded by NGC, isn't approved to be part of my "registry." Not sure why or what that means, but what i really want is the coin to show up in my general inventory list, which i find by clicking on "competitive coins." Is there a reason why i cannot include this medal in my inventory list on the website? I have another, similar medal, which is included. The cert# is 6057777-001. Thanks in advance.

Hello and thanks for your interest. As of right now, full inventory is only available on the collectors-society.com website. We eventually will have all coins, not just "competitive" coins available on NGCcoin.com. We do not yet have a release date for this update.
