The photos are too poor to tell anything or sure.  We need much better photos to tell you anything.

I understand. Haven't, learned to photograph shiny coins without glare but working on it. These may be a little better. His toes are split and the two parts are crossed on the middle right one. I see nothing out of the ordinary but the pictures are still difficult. Given the overall state of this coin and the fact that there are no known DDRs for this date I would venture to say whatever you are seeing is damage. Sounds like the talon took a hit and metal was displaced.

The pictures are still bad.  But I'm with Woods on all counts.....normal coin with post minting damage.
