I got my bicentennial quarter in change today, to go along with other bicentennial coins I have. Not in the best shape, so if I find a better one I can just replace it. 

Also with this set should I get a 74,75,76, and possibly even a 78 pennies or just the 1776 and 1976 pennies?

They didnt make bicentennial lincoln cents. Just quarter, half, and dollar.

You can get a 1776 half penny. (Machins Mill contemporary counterfeit)  They tend to be "popular" though which makes them expensive.
