I know yall get these DDO questions all the time and yep heres another. The biggest problem is I think it may have the "ring of death" and even if it is a DDO its pretty beat up.

Hi Mike! 

Sadly, it doesn't look like a DDO to me.  It is very slightly off-center but I think it's too slight to add any kind of premium to it.

Aw well its about what I figured. Ive had several coins I wondered about but havnt posted them because they were to iffy and I didnt want to post yet another DDO thread. Like I have now,^^

The ring in it had me curious. Is that what is referred to as the ring of death or is it just off center?

Not off center, Misaligned die (MAD). The mint tech didn't set up the dies correctly when they were installed in the press.  If you search enough you'll find them, especially on small coins like cents and dimes.  No added value
