No. You could save it because it is kind of old and interesting, but it will probably never be worth more than the value of the copper it contains.

Why do you think it would be worth spending about $50.00 on getting it graded?
Unless you see something we don’t, It has a value of 2-3 cents.

All I see is a regular circulated 1969-S Lincoln Cent.  It's definitely not worth spending money to grade.  It'd be a good coin for like a Whitman folder Lincoln Cent set or something like that.  If it were mine, I'd likely just spend it.
