I am not certain. I believe it is based on auction results. Or results from similar CAC coins. Next time I get their price guide in the mail I will see if there is an explanation.

I have sold a few MPL’s through Legend. It has been two or three years, but unless they have changed their policy there is no seller’s fee. Seller receives full hammer price. Commissions are received from the buyer.
