I will try and keep it short. you 3 were all correct on my 1943 steel, it was a redo. I am going over my "BAD, BAD "coins and found the one I am posting.

I just hope you can open the file. One is a movie of both sides its too big of a file. you can see "LIBERTY", "GOD WE TRUST". The 9 and the 4. And I say, part of the 3. The weight is between 2.7 & 2.8 grams.

The Rev. you can see most every thing. it will not stick to a magnet . I can assure you I did not tape a nice copper cent under my car tire. Thank you

It could be just about any 194_ date, the coin is far too corroded to say with certainty what the date is.  1941 or 1948 are the most likely possibilities, either of which is far, FAR more likely than a copper 1943.   At any rate I do not believe that any TPG or knowledgeable numismatist would ever agree or certify a coin in this damaged and corroded condition as a genuine copper 1943 cent.

I thank all of you for your in put and advise, when I asked for your advise on my replated 1943 cents you all said they were REPLATED, and I sent them in anyway. I told my

wife "its only money". Now I have two things too regret..

Sorry that you spent the money, we call it tuition and many collectors (myself included) have paid it.   Learn from it and move forward is the best thing you can do.

thank you much, You all did good and I did learn a lot from you people. I had some other coins ta send in so I thought I would just add the steel with them.

I am a retired old Marine, I learned a lot from even older ones. I am not in this for the money, just something ta do. I look at it this way. "If I put $1000 in this,

don't do any grading !!, I still have my $1000 ". Nothing lost,
