USPS says this package was delivered a week ago but your system says you haven't scanned it yet...

Are you backed up or do I need to file a claim / trace with USPS?

Yes, we have been running behind scanning them into our system.  Since the post office delivered this to us, it is here in our building.

Mine is now showing as having been delivered with the tool too, so hopefully yours too.
