Thanks for the responses to the pictures I uploaded, I felt the date on the coin looked way off to any of others I had looked at on different sites ( NGC,PCGS, Etc.) What does a new guy know, Thanks again have a great day

It is impaired. Only that. Nothing worthy of superlatives.

I think overpolishing of the die has resulting in the tail of the last 9 being thinner than normal.

The date is right where it should be.

Yes I'm intelligent enough to see its in the right spot, it's the stair stepping effect I questioned.
