You cannot have a coin that is struck in collar out of round as that one is. PMD

It's a vise job.  Sandwich some coins and squeeze them in a vise or hit them with a hammer.  Not an error if any kind. Sorry

I am going to defer to our resident expert on PMD and PTS.  What enquiring minds want to know is:  the nature of the offense committed which warranted such punishment, and how much of that thirty-five year stretch did this offender do in the Kingston pen?
