Has anyone tried the "Reholder" service here?   I know to have coins graded an upgraded membership is required.  Just wondering though if anyone can submit an NGC graded coin for "Reholder" without being a paid member due to the existing holder having a crack and not requesting any other updated services.

If you are an ANA member you can submit by applying for an ANA submission account without having an NGC paid membership, otherwise you will have to purchase a membership or have an authorized dealer send it in for you.
