Hinkle
Thought I would share this one also. At first I thought that was a die crack going through ONE CENT, but after research it's the top of Lincoln's head. And then die clash in the column next to Lincoln. Also die chips in the A of America and on the bottom left side of the memorial. On the obverse there's a die clash between Lincoln and the MM to the 0 in date. Very interesting coin. I love coin roll hunting.
bsshog40
Not to sure. The memorial looks to have pmd. The A in America just looks to have some metal fill and the One Cent looks to be a nice die crack. jmo MAULEMALL
Member: Seasoned Veteran DWLange Posted January 1, 2021 Member: Seasoned Veteran Share Posted January 1, 2021 The squiggly line through ONE CENT is indeed a die crack, one that led to chipping at the top of the letter O. There's no corresponding feature of Lincoln's bust in that part of the coin. The other flaws may be die clashing, but the photos aren't sharp enough to say for certain. ldhair
