1964 penny. No mint mark

Apparently it has been painted with possibly nail polish ect.. Still an unmarked minted penny to my knowledge.  Details from the painting include a "ying/yang" symbolism. Any thoughts?

Looks like a lightly worn common penny painted partly with nail polish, lacking in any numismatic or spiritual significance.

A philly cent.  Nothing special.    Someone was simply playing around with nail polish. Your picture is fine.  You know the old saying.  You can put makeup on a pig, but it is still a pig.   That applies here.  This is just a common cent.

You have the very rare Vitiligo Lincoln cent...

 Not many people know of Lincolns skin condition and to commemorate the 50 year anniversary of phisoderm ,The mint made a very few of these commemoratives ...
