1954 Penny double die? 0

Just looking for opinions here. I look at all of my coins under 30x or higher magnification and found this penny to be a bit odd. But, being new to numismatics I don't know if it's a double die or nothing. To me it's most obvious on the N the W and the U....

That looks like doubling from die erosion.

So, that makes it super rare and worth a billion dollars. Right?

Well...maybe move the decimal point a bit to the left until you get to: 000000000.01
