It doesn't look raised or incuse so I would guess it might be a stain from another cent.

If it was ghosting, it would be upside down  and that is right side up.

Just a suggestion: using "none" as your subject doesn't work in your interests. A good subject for this would be: 2004 Lincoln with toning, opinions please? The way I work and I think most regulars work is that we scan the subject lines for new content, and see if it's in our area of interest based on the subject. Thus, "none" tells me nothing; it's as bad as "please help." If your subject line says more about what you want, you are likelier to receive it.
