There’s a lot going on with this penny. I’m pretty sure it’s just machine doubling but there are some letters I’m not so sure about. Any thoughts?

I don't see any GOOD doubling 

Machine doubled and split plate doubling 

Split plate usually always faces the rim and has the exposed zinc

I agree with B.C, it's Split Plate Doubling.

You can see the zinc showing through that will eventually start to rot.
