There are many factors involved when making the decision to mark a coin as non-competitive in an NGC Competitive Registry Set. These factors may include low mintage, difficulty in obtaining/purchasing the coin, and an unusually high price in relation to the other coins required to fill the set. Some NGC coins graded PF70 UCAM are scored differently. In the #1 sets, they are scored at 183 points, but in lower sets having coins with the same grade, they are 143 points.
