When submitting new entries,  dialogue box appears,  cannot add coin at this time. What is this?

It's probably going to help them help you if you give more information:

- what coin?

- cert#?

- what set are you adding it to?

- what slot?

Thanks Revenant.  They're all cwt. After entering in cert# most pieces registered.  There was a few that said, couldn't add at this time, and one cert# not in the system. I'll call customer service Monday
