Now that I have one what would be your thoughts on this particular piece. Hmmm. I want to say MD or deterioration die. mostly on the date and liberty. kbbpll Posted January 14, 2020 Share Posted January 14, 2020 My understanding is that "real" DDOs cannot occur after 1986 and/or 1996 (I can't keep the year straight in my head), when the mints started using single squeeze hubbing. Thanks, 86 or 96 was single press after .But that's odd for this year date nickel looks like that. maybe someone faked it. Ahahahah, just joking.
