                I was trying to figure out if this was a 92 or a 93. Naturally I would prefer to be a 92 After looking at this closer I can see faintly a 2  close to the rim. Am I seeing anything here? I'd love to have your input. Thanks

I believe that was a "3."

What you see near the rim is just an anomaly. There is no way that the mint struck an extra "2" next to the rim of that coin.

I agree with Just Bob that it is a 3.

That extra 2 is pareidolia. It is impossible for phantom numbers or letters to be struck at the mint.

That's what I thought it was originally a 93 but was curios about that hidden 2. Thanks guys I'll keep looking, hey who knows one day a great find
