THIS ONE WEIGHS .5 GRAMS LESS THAN THE OTHERS AND IS SMALLER. U WILL SEE IN THESE PHOTOS. THANK YOU~😁🤞🏽2019 D LOWELL QUARTER REVERSE

I agree, intentional damage (aka  PMD). Coin has been ground or sanded removing some of the surface and the reeding. This is why it is smaller and weighs less.

I came across this photo , I have a quarter that I just received mine is almost identical . Is there a possibility that they really could be some type of error coin?

Welcome to the Forum

Your quarter is also PMD (Post Minting Damage)

It is only an error if it happens during the striking of the coin. Anything that happens after that is considered damage

Can we see a better picture?  A much better picture, please.

Also please show both sides of the coin, this can be important.

Did you write this?

"Yours is damage also. It doesn't really matter exactly how it happened, the fact that it could not have happened during the striking of coin defaults ... "

Could this also be a struck thru?  If we had better pictures we could tell.
