2005 p quarter error

Hi everyone, would this be a die chip or possibly something else. I've been checking it out for a few hours and can't quite make out the spot on the coin. It's between the E and R in river.

Not a die chip.

Can't tell for sure if it is raised or incuse. If it is raised, it may be a die crack.  If it is incuse, it is damage.
