2017 d dime question

Hey everyone, is this dime supposed to look like it's grainy all over except the face. It has none of that going on the face. The whole face is shiny. The pics aren't so good, but can see the grainy over lettering . The second pic looks like quickly tarnishing. It also has a little on the reverse. Interesting never seen one of these before. Or is this just a good looking circulation coin.

From what I have seen, the finish on clad dimes, especially the modern ones, can run the full gamut from frosty etched to full-on brilliant prooflike, and everything in between.

Thanks Bob, the cashier handed my change and it caught my eye. The cashier thought I was out of my mind when I doubled looked at it. And of course I had a big smile on my face.
