Minimum grade for non-bulk submissions? 0

I think I'm reading this right, but I wanted to make sure.  In order to request coins below a minimum grade not be slabbed, one must be an Elite member and submit a minimum of 100 coins at a time that are of the same type? 

Or have I misinterpreted something along the way?

Thank you.  Yes, that is correct.  In order to submit in bulk you would need to either be an Authorized NGC Dealer or an Elite Member.  You would need to send a minimum of 100 of the same type of coin and you can request minimum grade 69.  You cannot request a minimum grade for our regular grading tiers.
