1979-P Susan B. Anthony Dollar Grading

Nice flow lines, solid coin.  But I wouldn't submit it.  There's some bag marks on the cheek and the "1" and last "9" of the date that'd deduct points.  You'd have to grade 67 for the narrow rim version to be worth it.

Agreed with Craw, Travis.  It's a nice coin, but it wouldn't get an MS 67.  I'd say if you're building an album set of SBA dollars, that coin would make an excellent addition to it :)

If we were playing "Guess the Grade," I would vote MS65, so I am going to agree with the above posters and say "no" on sending it in to be graded.

I was thinking 64+ or 65 myself Bob.  If it were a Wide Rim, it'd be a pretty good find.  In addition to being the scarcer variety, they seem to have been much more poorly made on average.
