Would you check on my submission #2832791? Online says it was received on 4/4. This is 1 reholder. Not a big order so why is it taking so long?

First in, first out, ya think?  Basic waiting in line modus operandi?  I mean, if they started processing orders based on smallest size first then no bulk submissions would ever get completed.

But I don't work there so what do I know...
