Do you mean you sent a coin in for grading and it got graded ?? and You have not received it.

If you sent it in what was its submission number

Was it just this coin that was sent in 

If you say it was graded what is its serial number off the coin ...

That's the old Cherypickers' Guide number for what is now FS-501. This cross reference appears at the VarietyPlus website:

In NGC's database your coin has already been converted to the current number, so it is among those listed.
