Puerto Rican coins...help

Hi, I have these two (among tons of other foreign coins) that are in sleeves. I’ve tried to google them but couldn’t find the exact coins anywhere. Does anyone know what they are, and if so any type of value? I placed a magnet to both and neither stick.

1st one looks like private minted Token or something .... even a search online doesn’t find anything on this coin but search shows up a Medallion same date and same 450 anniversary .. looks nothing like this coin in picture ...

2nd one I found nothing about it either, perhaps they are novelty visitor tokens or something
