1943 Zinc Plated

               Does NGC remove zinc plating on my 1943-S coin? It appears to have minor doubling on the S but I'm not sure due to the plating

This is a common illusion of doubling that occurs due to movement of the zinc plating. It's a form of strike doubling seen mostly with 1943 and 1982-date cents.
