2019 W Lincoln Cent. Mint Error 0

Hello ...I sent in 2.  2019 W Lincoln cents to be graded at NGC and 1 came back.

PF69 UC Mint Error...anyone think that is rare..Thanks for the input

Yes. It's going to be rare. Any attributable error is rare. This will likely be more so because it's an error of a lowish mintage variety coin (the godless washington dollars are a good example of an error that actually wasn't very rare). The next question that normally comes up is "how much is it worth?" - no way to know. Ultimately it will be worth what 1 person is willing to pay for it (what 2 people are willing to pay for it, plus a bit more).
