I know this has been circulated. But when you look right at it , looks like some kind of cool finish. When you zoom in thousands of weird  round circles.  Front, back and around the edge of coin. Idk .  The circles stand out on the reverse on where it says one cent.

It is just .01 grams out of tolerance.  Sorry no premium value.  Needs to be around .4 grams out of tolerance before collectors will start to have interest.

Thank you for the info. I was researching online and saw that bottom weight for copper was 2.9. So I wasn't really sure. But I'll hold on to it.🤔
