From the weight you posted, your coin ins the bronze composition.  As for the color, we'd need to see the reverse of the coin as well.  I'd call the obverse red-brown with more red from what I can discern from the posted photos.

Thanks for the additional photo.  I'm still going with Red-Brown, though with more red than brown.

Thank you, wasn't sure about color. But know it's copper for sure. But still looking for the 1982 d small, and 1983 copper.
