Can anyone tell me if the 1776-1976 bicentennial one dollar coin is worth more?

Generally, they are not worth any more than the regular design. And when they are well-circulated, like the coins in the picture, they are worth $1 each.

Indeed. Some people might give $1.25 for it, but the bicentennial business strike in circulated condition isn't hard to come by.

There's a Type 1 and 2 Reverse lettering and some great Varities in the series I just love...A light blue colored book the Authoritive Reference on Eisenhower Dollars I believe it is a Wonderful Guide with pictures and information...you should definitely look into it....it's AWESOME!!!  Ex. Volunteer, Friendly Eagle, Peg Leg, Normal R, Type 1,2,3 Reliefs, Many DDO,s & DDR's...some of the most exciting Numismatics on a Large Coin...Clad or Silver...
